Bally Total Fitness Resistance Band Kit DVD 3 Different Size Bands Instructions

This is a Bally Total Fitness resistance band kit. 

Included are:

~ A companion DVD with instructional exercises. The DVD comes with a red sleeve. It measures approximately 4.75" by 5". 

~ A Fitness Guide paper. 

~ A long, black resistance band that measures approximately 76" long with 5" wide handles. 

~ A medium-length blue resistance band that measures approximately 18" long with 4.5" wide handles. 

~ A short red resistance band that measures approximately 12" long with a 2" grip. 

This kit comes in very good pre-owned condition. All items come in a black mesh bag.
