ECI New York Cream Ruffle Top Women's Size Medium Short Sleeves Round Neckline

This is a women's top made by ECI New York in a size medium.

It is cream-colored and features a sheer stripe textured fabric, short sleeves, a round neck, and a straight bottom hemline.

This top measures about 17.5" from underarm to underarm when laid flat, 10.75" from top of shoulder to sleeve opening, and 23.75" from the back of neck to the bottom hemline. It was made in Vietnam of a 70/29/1 polyester/rayon/spandex blend for the self and 100% polyester for the lining.

It comes in very good pre-owned condition.
