Lot of 3 Lego Blocks Books Chain Reaction Crazy Action Contraptions Incomplete

This is a lot of 3 Lego items. 

Included are:

~ A plastic case including 52-piece 3-1 Lego Creator set. The set can build a helicopter, a boat, or a plane. The case is gray plastic with a red lid. Included is a booklet with instructions on how to make each figurine. The case measures approximately 5.5" tall, 4" long, and 1.75" wide. 

~ A Lego "Crazy Action Contraptions" book by Doug Stillinger. The book is attached to a rectangular section of cardboard. This book was published by Klutz in 2008. It has 49 pages. The book measures approximately 0.5" tall, 9" wide, and 10.25" long. 

\~ A Lego "Chain Reactions: Design and Build Amazing Moving Machines" by Pat Murphy. Attached to the book is a rectangular section of cardboard and box with 30+ Lego pieces. This book was published by Klutz in 2014. It measures approximately 1.25" tall, 9" wide, and 10" long. 

The lot comes in good pre-owned condition, but only the Creator set is complete.
