This is a women's jacket made by Pacific Blvd in a size XL. 

The jacket is navy blue with a pale blue colored floral pattern. It features a spread collared neck, a button-up front closure, long sleeves, and a straight bottom hemline.

It measures about 21.75" from underarm to underarm, 22.75" from the top of the shoulder to sleeve opening, and 23.5" from the back of the neck to the bottom hemline when laid flat.

It is in good pre-owned condition with the top button missing.
