This is a Calgary Flames hockey puck made in Slovakia by In Glas Co. as an official NHL puck. It is signed by Tyler Wotherspoon #26 and comes in a square protective plastic case.

The front features the Calgary Flames logo against a red background and Wotherspoon's signature in silver sharpie. The back has the official NHL merchandise logo and reads "Official Licensed Product NHL Produit Licencie Officiel".
