This is a vintage Looney Tunes hat made by Warner Bros. in a size One Size Fits All.

The hat is gray and blue and features a bill, a soft jersey textured fabric, and an adjustable snapback closure. On the front are the words "Looney Tunes" embroidered in red thread along with Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Sylvester the Cat, Tweety Bird, and Taz.

It measures about 4.25" tall, 8" wide, 7.25" wide across the bill, and 8.5" long without the bill. It was made in the United States.
