This is a Schutz Marke F/55 celluloid doll made by Bruno Schmidt of Germany.
The doll features being jointed, blonde curly hair, blue eyes that open and close, teeth in the mouth, and cries. It is wearing white booties and socks, a light blue knit leotard, a blue knit sweater with white snowflakes, and a matching cap. On the back is the Shutz Marke name with a heart and the number F/55. Inside the doll is a box that makes the doll cry when it is tilted forward.
This doll measures about 22" tall.
The doll is in good preowned condition but the left cheek has some breakage. All the pieces are there for possible repairs.
