Vintage Gnome Candle Figure Figurine 7" Tall Unused Red Hat

This is a Gnome Figurine Candle.

He has a green outfit with a red hat, a white beard, and yellow-colored skin. 

He measures 7.5" tall and 4" wide.  

He has never been used and is in very good pre-owned condition.
