Vintage MAM NS Monogrammed Seafood Fork

This is a vintage salad fork monogrammed with the letters "LR". It has a scroll type pattern and on the back are what look like the letters MAM and NS.

This fork has bent tines and measures 6" long and 3/4" wide.
