This is a vintage Metzke Designs pewter trinket box from Tallahassee Florida.

This hinged lid pewter trinket box features a steam engine on the lid.

The box measures 3.25" across, 4.5" long, and 1.75" deep.

It is in pre-owned condition with patina, but there is a note on the bottom stating it can be cleaned with 00-grade steel wool.
