The poster reads " Health By The Year 2000" down the left side and "Care For All 1948- 40th-1988 WHO/OMS on the top. At the bottom it is signed by the artist.
This poster is in good pre-owned condition in a blue metal frame and measures 33.25" x 25". The poster has some moisture issues from improper storage, and the frame has scratches.
