This is an antique New Amsterdam Quadruple plate teapot #617.

This teapot with four feet has a monogrammed letter "F" on one side and an embossed floral pattern. 

It measures 8" tall, 8.5" long including the handle and spout, and 4.5" wide.

The teapot is in good preowned condition, but has a broken foot and tarnish
