What payment types do you accept?

For your security, our checkout system uses PayPal. This helps prevent fraud, offers buyer protection, makes for faster payments and faster shipping times, and much more. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use our checkout system.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ships orders internationally, however, we do not have the ability to process them through our site at this time. Please contact our customer service representatives at customersupport@swedemom.com to place your order.

Do you offer a combined shipping discount?

Please allow up to 2 Business Days for your payment to be processed. E-checks and International payments may take longer to clear. Additionally, allow 2–3 Business Days for your item(s) to ship from our warehouse, after the payment has been processed. International orders may take as long as 10 business days to leave our warehouse.

When can I expect my item(s)?

Can I track my online order once it is shipped?

To track your order, simply click on the "My Account" button at the top of the site. Follow the link to "Track Your Order" to view all orders with tracking information. Click the tracking number to view the current status and location of your shipment.

If you do not see your order it most likely has not shipped yet. Click on Go to previous orders to view the status of all of your orders.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Swedemom will accept returns only if merchandise is inaccurately described or if an insured item is damaged in shipping. All returns must be authorized prior to being shipped back to Swedemom. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. If your insured item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.
