This is a Doll Boutique "Twin Boy" porcelain doll.

The boy is wearing a reddish-brown velvet suit and a white shirt with a wide collar and lace down the front. On the collar is a bow. On his feet and legs, there are white stockings and white lace-up, removable shoes.

He is 12.5" tall and comes with the hangtag and a metal stand.

This doll is in good pre-owned condition, but there are stains on his left shoe and his hair is a bit messy.
