This is the 1989 Heritage Mint Collection porcelain doll "VIVIAN".
Vivian is a Victorian woman with dark brown hair and blue eyes. She is wearing a burgundy velvet dress with white lace and is holding a matching parasol. On her head is a burgundy silk hat with a burgundy flower and black feathers and on her feet are brown shoes. She comes on a white metal stand.
With her hat and the stand included she measures approximately 16.25" tall, and 7" wide.
