This is a vintage women's cardigan sweater by Pablo Collection in a size 10.

The sweater is multi-colored in a floral pattern and features a v-neck, long sleeves, a knit textured fabric, shoulder pads, and a 5 button-up front closure. 

It measures about 20" from underarm to underarm, 24.5" from the back of the neck to bottom hemline, and 23" from the top of the shoulder to the sleeve opening when laid flat.
