Antique Divided Back R L Wells Postcard Girl Feeding Squirrel 1ct Franklin Stamp

This is an antique divided back postcard made by RL Wells.

The postcard has a picture of a girl in a polka dot dress feeding a squirrel on a branch. In the girl's hand is a basket and she is wearing a red bow in her hair. Next to the picture are printed the words "Dear. All good things come in packages small. So accept this card with love from all.  Yours". There are the names "Art", "W.H. Harvey Mills", and "Willie" written on the card from the previous owner. On the bottom of the front are the words "COPYRIGHT BY R.L. WELLS 1906". The back of the postcard is divided. It has been used with writing. There is a faded postmark with a green US postage "1706 FRANKLIN 1790" 1 cent stamp on the corner.

It measures about 5.5" tall and 3.5" wide.

Item comes in good pre-owned condition. There are some wear and discoloration on this card from age and use.
