Antique Gilbert Rugeley longcase grandfather clock with an ornate dark wood case, carved arched bonnet, fluted columns, raised-panel doors and decorative trim.
The painted dial is marked “Tho's Gilbert” and features Roman numerals, floral corner artwork, ornate brass-tone hands and a pastoral scene above the dial.
Pre-owned antique condition with age-related wear, scratches, finish imperfections, and visible cracking, crazing and wear to the painted dial.
The clock does not work and is sold for repair, restoration or parts. Pendulum, lead weight and assorted additional clock pieces are included; completeness and movement condition have not been verified.
