The stein has "Bitburg Germany" printed on one line, 1981-1982 on the second line.

On the other side, it reads "Teachers and Friends Bowling League"

The design is not just painted it is carved into the stein, resulting in a nice tactile feel.

The mouth is 3.25" in diameter, and the height is 5".
