Vintage Paul Blair Women's Tunic Style Blouse See Measurements Black Button

This is a vintage women's tunic made by Paul Blair. 

The top is black and features a single button-up closure on the front of the neck, long sleeves, button-up sleeve cuffs, and shoulder pads. 

It measures about 23.5" from underarm to underarm when laid flat, 22" from top of shoulder to sleeve opening, and 29.5" from back of neck to bottom hemline. 

This garment comes in good pre-owned condition.
