The 6" long spoon has President W. H. Taft on the Handle and the capitol building in the bowl. Under the Capitol building it reads "The Capitol Washington DC."
Just above Washinton D.C is the error of a second partial print of the word "Washington".
It is in pre-owned condition with light scratches.
