




This is a 1953 photograph on board print of "At the Wishing Well" a photograph by Jeanne Pfeiffer.
It features an image of a scene in ceramic, with a dutch boy and girl kissing in front of a wishing well. It has been signed by the artist. On the back of the print "3-12-53" is written in pencil, and slightly below that "3RD" is also written in pencil, and circled. The is also a sticker, in the top left corner of the back of the print. It reads "PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY OF QUINCY - Affiliated with the Photographic Society of America - QUINCY, ILLINOIS - Number___________ - Title At The Wishing Well - Makers Name Jeanne Pfeiffer - Address 2324 Maine St. - No. Street - Process, etc. March 1953" (dashes indicate a line break).
The entire item altogether measures approximately 20" x 16", but the print by itself is only 12" x 12.25". It's about an 1/8th of an inch thick.
This item comes in good condition, and has a charming look, there is some notable damage to the edges, and some marks on the surface of the cardboard.
