This is a vintage beer stein from Austria. 

This stein is gold-toned, blue, and beige and features Wein Staatsoper, Wein Rathaus, and grape clusters. (Wein Staatsoper is the state opera house, and Wein Rathaus is the local government seat, both located in Vienna, Austria). On the bottom of this stein, it is embossed 300R and Original King.

It measures about 6.25" tall, 5.75" wide including the handle, and 4.25" in diameter.
